1. On purchase of any product package, you become Independent Distributor of the company.
2. When you introduce 2 direct customers -‘A’ on the left side and ‘B’ on the Right side,
   you complete 1st set in the ratio of 2 PV : 1 PV or 1 PV : 2 PV and eligible for 4 PV Pairs.
   
3. Then onwards you can earn commission for every PV pair in the ratio of 1 PV :1 PV
   / 5 PV : 5 PV.
4. PV means Point Value. 1 PV = Rs.100/-.
   
5. No Capping.
6. If you introduce more than 2 direct customers, this extra customer ‘C’ will be treated as
   Spill in your down-line / group. Spill is usually placed in weaker side (extreme left or
   extreme right) in the down-line. Spill will be considered for Binary Income.
   
7. Distributors will get 5 PV on every new down-line customer and will have fixed 25 pairs
   / 125 PV pairs including 1st set per week.
8. Distributors who promotes Product Package of Rs.4,100/- will have additional earning
   option under Referral Income Plan.
9. There is an upgrade option available to every distributor to earn income under Top
   Up Binary Plan.
10. Plan details of Referral Income, Top Up Binary Income and Repurchase Income
    is given separately.

• Income will be calculated weekly (Friday to Thursday).
• Re-purchase Income will be calculated on monthly basis.
  

• T.D.S. – 10% or as applicable under Income Tax Act.
• Expenses like Courier Expense etc. – 5%.
• Re-purchase of products – 10% or maximum up to Rs.3,000/-.
  In case the copy of IT-PANCARD is not submitted, then the due amount will be
  carried over to next payout.

• Simulation will be applicable as per requirement.
