You will join as Independent Distributor by selecting any one of the package option available.
You will have to introduce at least Two Direct people, 1 on the Left, 1 on the Right to qualify for Income criteria. This will form your Downline
People join by You and your Downline will bring some Business in your Left and Right Side.
The Business sales will be matched in the ratio 2:1 or 1:2 to give you the first commission and then onwards in the ratio 1:1
Weekly Bv calculation is as follows,
   
   
 
First 40 Pairs (Including 1st Pair)
Rs.350/- per pair
41st pair onwards
Maximum Rs.200/- per Pair (Variable)
  No Capping
  ** This calculation will be applicable every week
   
When you introduce Extra Person (Spill), after your 2 direct people,you are entitling for spill bonus.
Spill & his network will also be considered for Binary count.
 
 
Spill Income
  Rs. 50/- for Rs .6,500/- Package for Spill Income.
   
   
C's Income
  Rs.50/- for Rs.6,500/- Package on Spill's New Network as Spill Bonus.
   
   
Matching Bonus to C's Binary Income
  Sponsors will get 10% on Spills Binary Income.
   
   
Differential Repurchase Income Plan
  The 10% of Weekly Income will be deducted towards Re-purchase of products. The repurchase will be considered for Differential Repurchase Income Plan.
The Pan Herbbo Products and other available products will be offered for Repurchase.
   
   
Deduction from Payout
  From 1.6.2007 TDS to be deducted from commission is as follows :-
 
TDS
  1. If total income below Rs.10 lacks during the financial year 2007-08 @ 10.30%
  2. If total Income above Rs. 10 lacks during the financial year 2007-08 @ 11.33%
Processing
5% or Rs.50/- whichever is higher
Re-purchase
10% or Max up to Rs.3,000/-
   
   
Payout Cycle
 
The payout cycle is Weekly i.e. from Friday to Thursday
Binary Income, Spill Income, C's Income & Matching Bonus will be calculated on Weekly basis.
Differential Repurchase Income and Franchisee Commission will be calculated on Monthly basis.(Calendar Month). Awards will be declared as per qualification on day to day basis and will be distributed on Grand Celebration function.
